  The neighborhood is just the right environment for us living in the apartment. It is conducive to studying since the surrounding has almost no noise. Even the pets in the other apartments can't be heard! There is an ample parking space at the back so vehicles are safe. The laundry room is just adjacent to our room so that's a bonus! It is nearby a metro station, several bus stops, a museum and park! I would love to come back here again for the next two summers that I'll be in St. Louis. :-)

  I haven't been here for very long, but all the frontdoormen are all very helpful and very friendly. I appreciate that the property manager are typically available to talk to. I love my place so far and the location is hard to beat.
