    These guys were fantastic with handling my case! Getting charged with a DWI was a difficult thing to come to terms with, and just assumed that it would affect me for the rest of my life.     Good people, but slow service due to inexperience in international wire transfers; not familiarized with how to transfer info from US system to International system, which tells me that they haven't been trained properly. I spent 1hr and 10 mins at the bank, which is very unusual for this service type. The bank associate messed up the first form and had to start over after calling another person to confirm what he did wrong. He also said that he's done many wire transfers prior this, which did not seem right to me. While this bank is empty and they have free time, my time as is precious. Who waits for over an hour at a bank nowadays? I'm seriously disappointed and have been a customer for 15 years.

    I love this place, the building is cleaned every night and the restrooms are clean and always has toilet paper and soap. The restrooms have air hand dryers so you never have to worry about being out of hand towels. The landlord is here almost every day and if anything is broken it is repaired right away. They have this really nice conference room that any tennant can use for meetings. Our office has good lighting.

    Tried to make a first appointment, spent the last 20 minutes of their "office hours" on hold listing to how committed to excellence SLU is, anybody home? Suppose it's a good indicator to look elsewhere
