  When my older daughter attended apple of your eye we had a fairly positive experience and the staff was really good with her, especially Ms. Irena! When it came time for a younger daughter to attend apple of your eye, her experience was not nearly as positive. On several occasions she was scraped, hit or bit at school and on many of those occasions the teachers were not even aware that it had occurred. The teachers were always very kind to my daughter but on many occasions I would hear them yelling and saying very negative things to the other children in the room which was very upsetting to me. Most of the time when I would pick my daughter up I would observe very little interaction between the staff and the children. In the year that my younger daughter was there they went through a number of staff changes and it appeared that none of of them were positive changes... most of the teachers seem like they didn't want to be there and that's hard for a parent to see. I address this concern with the director on a couple of occasions and she told me that the issue was with my child and not with the staff. My daughter would cry almost every day when I would drop her off so we ultimately pulled her out and put her into a different preschool where she is much much happier.
