  I wish I could give -10 stars as my rating. I ignored all the red flags because I was in a hurry to find a place and 1. I couldn't see the actual unit that I was moving into because the landlord "forgot" the keys and when I moved in there was a lady in there cleaning the apartment still until about 7 at night even though I was scheduled to move in THAT day so it should have been done. Not to mention there were tools left there and holes in the wall,big fat dead cockroaches in the basement, there were dirty diapers left in the back yard and a large accumulation of cat waste outside the basement door. And there was people's belongings in the basement that were left there and asprient didn't even bother to remove it before I moved in. Then I worked until 10pm one night and came home to find out that they changed the locks and did not inform me that they were in the apartment oh and yeaa they left me a key but it was inside!!! I had a meth addict living above me who kept trying to start conflict with me. There were boards bolted up on the doors of the vacant apartment next to mine that they never fixed. My bathroom floor had an extremely foul order and I put in a maintenance request and they kept insisting that they couldn't smell it finally I raised hell and they finally tore up the floor to replace it only to find that the floor was completely rotted and full of mold and even though they fixed it they left all the nails and scraps that fell through to the basement. I could seriously go on and on. I have picture to prove it all. Oh and they moved their main office and did not notify all of their tenants.Not only was this the worse company I have ever dealt with but they could care less that they are providing homes for people and they disregard the fact that no-one should have to experience that. And in no way did they ever try to accommodate me and reimburse the expenses to make up for anything.
