I had a very good start at Trilogy but FRAUDULENT BILLS when I moved out, seemingly OTHER'S have had this problem. REPLACE STOVE? are they crazy, I see I am not the ONLY ONE, seems this replace stove is a scam they use. Refinish Bathtub, mold all these are crazy. I am not a kid, I was going through a Divorce, needed a quick place that I could bring my cats. These apartments are okay but nothing great, insulation for both sound and temperature is poor. However, they were very responsive and fixed things, no complaints really until I moved out, you get what you pay for, cheap rent and cheap apartment. I was given a choice One Month Rent in Advance or a $300 Non-Refundable Damage Bond. I have NEVER had my security deposit returned, while it has been 20 years since I lived in an Apartment, I see things have not changed. I could get specific, but I noted others being charged for this "Stove Replacement" I am 60 years old, living alone I rarely used this stove, never the broiler while I lived there. It worked perfect, all burners and stove even the auto pilot. So I was not cooking for a family, while I am not a bad cook, there is very little counter space anyway. I usually picked up pre-done stuff a the close by store. Sure it would be easy to pay the some $300 they tacked on but that is wrong and now that I see this has happened to others I will file with at least the BBB as there is NO reason for this by Trilogy. They know that they can just turn it over to collection to give one a bad credit mark but seeing this behavior repeated does build a case. To sum it up, VERY BAD ENDING SEEMS COMMON -- FRAUDULENT CHARGES SEEM TO BE STANDARD -- I am just in the process of responding to the letter from Trilogy's Collection Agency I am sure I will have to deal with threats but now that I see this is "Standard" Operation for Trilogy I just might see them in Court.

There's not enough time to go over all the issues we encountered during our stay at Trilogy, but just a few things we had to deal with while living there included poorly insulated windows, an unfinished ceiling in our 2nd bedroom, loud and disruptive neighbors who smoked heavily (causing all of our furniture to smell like cigarettes), and some unknown critter that camped out in the attic above us for months. Even with all of these issues, I can easily say that the worst part of living at Trilogy was dealing with the leasing office. I lost count of how many times my husband or myself had to call or make a visit about an issue that we were having, only to be given a vague explanation on what could be done to resolve it. Beyond the vague possible resolutions, there was never any follow-up (except with Nikki or Shannon) and this lasted throughout our lease, until we eventually requested to be let out of the lease early. However, even this was not done without some issues at the end. We moved out at the end of June and thoroughly cleaned the apartment; my husband asked to be contacted so he could be present for a final walk-through. Of course, that didn't happen and we received a bill several weeks later because apparently, leaving a pack of Red Bull in the refrigerator and "sticky stuff" on the window sills is $120 worth of work for the clean-up crew. When I called to speak with Crystal and ask why this money was not just taken out of the $100 deposit we paid, or the $200 pet deposit, she snidely advised me that those weren't deposits; they were "fees," and that the way we left the apartment was not "move-in" ready (although the photos I took upon move-out are nearly identical to how the apartment looked when we moved in). We paid the final bill just to have peace of mind and be done with this nightmare complex once and for all. The location is great, but that's really the only positive. I wouldn't advise anyone to move here even if the rent was free.
